We did online research and thought we were making an informed decision by purchasing a new mattress by calling Mattress Superstore and placing our order by phone and with a CC. They delivered our new mattress the following day!
They explained about the trial period and exchange policy.
Unfortunately, we had chosen the wrong mattress for us; for the next time, we decided to go to the store and actually try/test different mattresses. Matt listened to what we were looking for and pointed us to the different mattresses that offered the support and comfort that we may be looking for. He also encouraged us to lay down, roll over and really put it to the test. Price was important but support and comfort were the biggest factor.
There was no hassle processing the exchange. We had our new mattress delivered/exchanged the following day!!
Now, we sleep like babies…

The mattress store you can see from Mattress Superstore recently fleeces my 90 yr old Aunt. I wish I would have known. She would have bought from our wonderful local store.
This morning, my wife and I decided to stop by and check them out; we are so glad we did. The sales person was a great laid back guy who, unlike other store’s sales people, was able to handle multiple customers effortlessly. We moved through the store, trying out different beds, and actually found one we liked a lot. Instead of making some convoluted sales pitch, he simply answered our questions. That’s right – just talked to us and answered our questions – how refreshing.
Next, the owner came in – just when you thought the salesperson was zero drama laid back… The owner chit chatted a bit and I told him how a waitress had referred us. He was so humble and genuinely excited about the referral; he told us about the history of his business and how hard they work at making sure their customers are satisfied. When the salesperson came over during the conversation, the owner high-five’s him! They were both so prideful.
As if the experience couldn’t get better, they worked out deal after discount after trade in after sale until I almost felt like it was a game to see how inexpensive they could make our purchase. It was like watching two buddies just having fun.
My wife and I cannot recommend this business enough.
